Originally established as the leading security camera installation provider in Los Angeles, 2011, PIS rebranded itself in order to expand services to support the ever-growing demand of quality & trusted service for professional installations.

A Comprehensive Solution

We were tasked with launching a Professional Installation Services start up brand from concept to completion. Targeted at consumers and businesses, the campaign was focused on clearly articulating the differences between the company and the already established and better-funded competition.

A Small Team With A Big Mission

Following a series of workshops and sessions with key stakeholders across every aspect of the business, along with an extensive analysis of the competitive landscape, we made some key inferences: the normal (and arduous) method of commoditizing the business wasn’t going to differentiate them. However, we understood the importance of trust, quality, and expected professionalism in such an industry, which led us to a more value oriented mission statement.
